Landed at Dulles and came to drop our stuff. We got some good walking in, 4 mile s as we went from the Georgetown neighborhood after dinner via the Potomac to the Lincoln Memorial, Washington Monument, and White House. We’re staying with my friend Avi and his family in the Palisades neighborhood, great first day!

Asher just graduated middle school! The graduation was such a special and sweet ceremony (after this he goes to big public high school and there won’t be anything like this again ). Every kid had the chance to talk, sing or perform. Asher gave a very nice speech and spoke loud and clear. They then showed baby pictures of all the kids, had some of the teachers administrators give speeches, diploma ceremony, and then a cupcake reception .

All high-cap classes do Merchsnts with a cause project. This was Max’s 3rd and final year. He did Jewish Family Services.

Max had his last elementary school concert. Each grade did one to two Beatles songs and were accompanied by a live band. Max sang In My Life and Alll You Need is Love. He also played trumpet in All you need is love which he auditioned for. I cried the whole time! It was so sweet!! 🥲

Max was thrilled when I brought home leftovers from my famous chef dinner at 10 PM. This guy loves food!
