Max’s birthday 🥳
Max turned 9 yesterday. He had a real birthday party with lots of kids – some he’s known since a baby, some from his old neighborhood, some from his old school, and a few from his new school. We have had a huge storm for like a week and it finally broke right before his party and the skies cleared. We had set up his cake and pizza on the front porch since it’s covered just in case. Many adults ended up staying and hanging out on the porch for the whole time and we had our own party, which was so fun!! After the party max invited the kids to stay snd watch Mark Rober videos. They all wanted to, no one wanted to leave.
Next week the kids get their immunizations for covid and we will be able to have lots and lots more parties! Best birthday present of them all. Can’t wait!!
