Hi Kara and Brian,

I wanted to let you know that I am really enjoying getting to know Asher. I appreciate his enthusiasm for learning and for school. Asher continually steps up as positive role model within our classroom, as he is one of the first to follow a direction. I am also impressed with Asher’s ability to collaborate with others. Whether it be building with spaghetti and marshmallows, working with his math partner or sharing a book, Asher is right there to support and to encourage his classmates!

Max literally ran to school to meet his teacher today, he was sooo excited! She tested him on his letters and his numbers. We then had time to speak with her and told her that he can read books and do multiplication. Fortunately she seems like a really good teacher and said she will find ways to make sure Max can do work at his level. Unfortunately, no other kids in his class can read yet.

Asher loved his first day of 3rd grade. He really liked his teacher and class. He especially loved the treat bag his teacher gave him!

Asher starts school tomorrow so he got to choose dinner tonight. He chose Indian butter chicken, garlic naan, and chocolate cake! Yum 😋!
