Asher won a race!!!!! It was for backstroke! We are beyond proud of him. He has been working so hard on his swimming and was the slowest on the team, but he persevered. He was 2nd in breast stroke too. What a night!

Preschool note about Max
Next year Max will continue at his current preschool while all of his friends move onto kindergarten. ☹️ Max misses the cutoff by 2 months. Here is the latest note from his teacher talking about this:
Max Schultz is developing strong academic skills. He will be challenged in the upcoming year with new math and language activities. It will be great for Max to be the oldest kid at the school. This will continue to boost his self-confidence and leadership potential. He has started making friends with the younger students and helping new children to the school understand the daily routines. He liked helping us count the 1000 chain in early June and is very interested and skilled in working with numbers. His reading skills continue to develop. Next year, we will focus on improving his handwriting for forming letters and numbers. “

Asher attended the Cascadia picnic which will be his new school next year. He got to meet his potential teachers 👨🏫 and see his BFF, Morgan, who will be changing schools too!
Hebrew school is done!
Hebrew school is finally over and we are hopefully never going back! See ya grumpy schlumpy peeps! Asher was happy he got a goodbye popsicle.
