Due to lots of travel coming up (whistler and San Fran) we had to get early back to school cuts. School starts in 2 weeks!

An amazing weekend with our Chavurah camping in the North Cascades. The weather was perfect, the campsite was beautiful, the hiking was epic, and the river was coooold. We ate, sang all night (Brian on guitar), played hard, ran free, drank lots of beer, and celebrated Shabbat and being Jewish with people from our hood.

Asher and max have been begging for wild waves all summer!

Today Asher and only one other kid at camp earned a yellow bracelet. This is a special award for creativity. Asher was extremely proud of himself. Tonight while falling asleep he told his mommy all about how he earned it and then gave the bracelet to her! He said he really wants to earn the purple bracelet for compassion and is going to work hard for that at camp. It was so sweet!!!

#1 and #3 goals are accomplished. Very close on #2. Max says he has 3 goals because he is 3 and he will have 4 goals when he turns 4.

Zadie is finally home from SF (visiting baby cousin Gabrielle) and Max is soooo happy!
